DSCI Membership Program: DSCI has more than 500 members across sectors like BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Security product & services, e-commerce, consulting, and others.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Prospecting
- Conduct in-depth research on sectoral developments (e.g., Healthcare, Insurance, SMBs, Manufacturing) to identify potential user organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
- Track emerging security and privacy product/service companies across India for outreach and engagement.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Drive client acquisition efforts to onboard new members.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including proposal creation, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Prepare reports tracking membership delivery, impact, revenue pipeline, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage financial documentation (accounts payable, ID generation, etc.).
3. Member Engagement & Retention
- Communicate with and engage existing members to ensure high-value delivery and satisfaction.
- Regularly update members on DSCI developments and initiatives.
- Support membership renewal efforts and proactively address service-related queries with a focus on quick turn-around time.
- Track engagement across various DSCI-led programs and initiatives.
4. Initiative Planning & Execution
- Plan and implement membership-specific initiatives such as events, outreach programs, and strategic meetings.
- Create and execute stakeholder forums, communities, and initiatives to increase engagement in the cybersecurity industry.
- Map opportunities in ongoing sectoral developments and implement engagement strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Management (MBA or equivalent).
- 6–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
- Prior experience in the technology or cybersecurity sector is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.

The role…
At Soho House, the Membership Events Manager is responsible for creating special moments and continuing the “magic” within our Houses and physical locations. They will be programming, planning and executing innovative events for a Soho House region, using Soho House’s guiding principle of curating creative events for a community. Soho House events are designed to inspire members and connect the community. The Membership Events Manager will be responsible for curating and producing regular memorable member events, all to the highest creative standards. The programming and its success can be measured by retaining and gaining new members.
A successful Membership Events Manager is an organised storyteller with their finger on the pulse with for cultural trends as well as talent and brings fresh ideas to the table that continues to engage members, guests and staff.
The Member Events Manager will report into the Head of Membership & Communications for that House or Region.
Main Duties…
Lead member events and House programming to connect the creative membership community through hyper-local story telling achieved by creating diverse and innovative experiences that result in positive feedback
Conceive unconventional and memorable member events (eg. booking talent for a unique event, an artist residency or building a bowling alley)
Propose trends, technology and leading innovations for new event formats (including digital) and collaborate with the team on themes and installations for big events, like Halloween and New Years Eve
Inspire members, talent and all Soho House teams when meeting to create and implement events
Work across all cross functional teams: Operations, design, content, creative, digital, events, partnerships to deliver on all strategic objectives
Facilitate events by connecting members to other members and allow opportunities for events to be hosted by members
Build and create a robust database of bands, name talent and trends so that the House calendar is capturing the current cultural zeitgeist
Ensure innovative events & programming are united around our global monthly themes
Create systems to track the booking and forward planning of events so that deadlines and budgets are always met and work closely with the General Managers to ensure events deliver on business goals
Content curation that tells a story and connects members digitally or in-person
Oversee team management including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding, training, payroll and disciplinary procedures. Oversee staff performance, conducting appraisals and strategising with leadership to assess performance and development while maintaining professional relationships
Adhere to health and safety policy (I.e. IIPP, worker’s comp procedures, and allergy procedures) and implement, monitor and enforce compliance with all Company policies, procedures and standards and local, state and federal law as applicable
Program to drive late night attendance of members in our Houses
Attend Heads of Departments meetings on a regular basis
Have regular presence on the floor and work alongside Membership Managers to answer any and all member needs or inquiries

They will manage their time to handle recruitment and acquiring (30% of time), retention and member inquiries (30%) and on the floor face time with members and their guests (40%). You will be a direct link between our members and operations, acting as a voice for our members.
An integral aspect of the role is developing relationships and understanding the member community, their mindset and needs, consistently being present and available on the floor, essentially dividing presence across morning, noon, and night.
A membership manager will report into the Head of Member and Communications for the House or region, ensuring membership targets are achieved and that the overall experience within the House is consistently high quality, friendly and memorable. They will work cohesively with their peers in events and content to deliver the best possible experience for all who enter our Houses or locations.
Main Duties…
Foster events and experiences that maintain the Soho House magic and promotes member engagement
Act as the face of the House to members and be available to respond positively to all inquiries and needs of our guests and ensure timely resolutions to any issues they may have
Daily evaluation of membership applications;
competent on Salesforceplatform where applications are held
Schedule and host member introductions to House rules and amenities
Liaise when necessary to resolve any issues with cards, payments or applicant paperwork
Monitor atmosphere and ambience;
ensure that the serviceand attention our members and guest receive starts at reception and is consistently of top quality throughout their visit
Work regular weekly floor shifts, producing a nightly report detailing the profile and atmosphere of the club and observations
Host coffee chats, dinners and events for and with members to ensure consistent connection with the membership
Partner with all internal stakeholders by communicating and engaging all areas of the operation to support the member experience, including the marketing, food and beverage, finance, people and development and IT teams
Address membership enquiries quickly and efficiently and arrange follow up meetings when necessary
Collaborate with the head of member and communications to support member retention YOY, reducing attrition and increasing renewal ratios as agreed to budget
Gather feedback about the club (levels of service, facilities and member perceptions) as well as participate in delivering solutions that can manage expectations and support a better experience
Facilitate access to the club for visiting high profile members and personalities (as well as a limited number of guests), ensuring they receive good service and enjoy their time as our guests
Connect and network with the local creative community to build awareness about the House and support the recruitment of new members
Manage member behaviour reports daily;
escalate to People& Development partners when necessary
